Section 10A-3A-14.07
Certain nonprofit corporations may choose, by December 31, 2026, to amend their certificate of incorporation to keep being governed by the pre-August 1, 2026 version of Chapter 3A instead of later amendments. The choice can later be revoked by another amendment removing that provision.
