Section 40-17-182 Forms for Reports.
The Department of Revenue must prescribe and furnish the forms for statements and reports required by this article. Enforcement costs are paid from the excise-tax funds through a Comptroller warrant, a voucher from the Chairman of the Department of Revenue, and Governor approval.
