Section 17-4-63 Rules, Forms, and Instructions; Inter-Agency Agreements.
The Secretary of State must make rules, forms, and instructions needed to carry out the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 in Alabama, and may enter inter-agency agreements for that purpose.
