Section 10A-2A-7.27 Modifying Quorum or Voting Requirements.
An amendment that adds, changes, or deletes a quorum or voting requirement must meet the same quorum and be approved by the same vote and voting groups required for the underlying quorum and voting rules, using whichever requirement is greater.
