Section 8-9B-6 Transfer Voidable as to Present Creditor.
A debtor’s transfer can be voidable against an earlier creditor if the debtor did not receive reasonably equivalent value and was insolvent, or if the transfer was to an insider for an antecedent debt and the insider knew of the insolvency.
