Section 8-9B-5 Transfer Voidable as to Present or Future Creditor.

A debtor’s transfer can be voidable as to a creditor if it was made with actual intent to hinder, delay, or defraud a creditor, or if it was made for less than reasonably equivalent value and the debtor was under the stated financial-risk conditions.
