Section 45-29-140.14 Dissolution of Authority.

If the authority has no outstanding bonds or obligations, its board may adopt and enter a resolution declaring dissolution. Once a certified copy is filed with the county judge of probate, the authority is dissolved and its property is distributed as stated here.
