Section 45-30-250.01 Legislative Intent.
The Franklin County Water Service Authority must develop a master plan for its operations, after consulting existing water authorities and county and local governments, and it must adopt any earlier master plan developed by the Franklin County Water Coordinating and Fire Prevention Authority.
