Section 5-22-7 Immunity from Liability.
This section gives financial institutions and their directors, officers, employees, and agents immunity from civil or criminal liability, and bars causes of action, for covered records, reports, disclosure, and related actions taken under the chapter, except as provided in Section 5-22-6.
