Section 6-9-24 Alias Writs.
A plaintiff may have more than one writ of execution issued, and an alias writ may be issued if a prior writ is returned unsatisfied or only partly satisfied. If a judgment is only partly satisfied and an alias execution is issued, the clerk or register must note the amount already collected and the date of collection
