Section 10A-8A-9.03 Action on Plan of Conversion by Converting Partnership.
All partners of a converting partnership must consent to a plan of conversion. After approval, the partnership may amend the plan or abandon the planned conversion before the filing, subject to the plan, contractual rights, and Section 10A-8A-9.10.
