Section 6-6-4 Arbitrators - Duties Generally.
Arbitrators must set a hearing time and place, give the parties three days’ notice, and if no continuance is justified, hear and decide the matters, sign the written award, deliver copies to the parties or their representatives, and note the delivery on the original.
