Section 36-27B-5 Certification of Decrease in Rate of Employer Contributions; Chapter May Become Effective After Resolution; Funding Program.
If the employed actuaries certify a decrease in employer contribution rates, the Boards of Control may adopt a joint resolution to make this chapter effective on the next October 1.
