Section 43-2-620 Orders of Distribution - Generally.
After an estate is finally settled, the court may order distribution, and once those orders are confirmed it may enter a decree. The property must then be delivered under that decree; if only money is being divided, the court may enter a decree for each entitled distributee against the executor or administrator.
