Section 43-2-252 Execution on Money Decree or Judgment.
If a money decree or judgment is being enforced and the estate has no executor or administrator, execution issues for the administrator ad litem, collected money is paid to the probate court judge or clerk/register, and the judgment debtor may pay before execution to get a full discharge.
