Section 36-25-29 Appropriations.
The Legislature must appropriate enough money to administer this chapter, and the annual appropriation to the State Ethics Commission must be at least 0.1% of the total State General Fund appropriation unless a lower amount is expressly approved by two-thirds of both houses.
