Section 34-3-43 Powers Generally.

The Board of Commissioners has broad power to regulate admission to the bar, conduct examinations, make disciplinary and reinstatement rules, appoint committees, discipline lawyers, fill vacancies, establish associations, and delegate powers, but it cannot regulate lawyer fees or charges.
