Section 45-45-82.21 Alternate Establishment Method.
Some Madison County law libraries may switch to this subpart by resolution, if the presiding circuit judge requests it and the resolution is filed with the Secretary of State and the Administrative Director of Courts. Madison County cannot have a county law library under both methods at once.
