Section 35-8A-407 Offering Statement - Condominium Securities.
A declarant can satisfy the chapter’s offering-statement delivery requirements by giving the purchaser either the SEC-filed offering statement or an approved property report, if the condominium interest is registered with the SEC or under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act.
