Section 34-33A-7 State Fire Marshal’s Permit - Certificate Holder.
A certificate holder may be linked to only one fire alarm contractor at a time, must notify the State Fire Marshal within 30 days after leaving employment, and then cannot obtain another permit for 12 months.
