Section 10A-20-9.03 Powers.
A corporation formed under this article may buy, sell, lease, and mortgage real estate, operate wharves and transportation or communication facilities, build and operate utilities and related institutions, do other lawful acts tied to its purpose, and admit other persons to its benefits on conditions it sets.
