Section 38-12B-9 Ineligibility from Participation.
A person who is otherwise eligible, but who gets enough grants, scholarships, or other awards (not loans) to cover tuition, room and board, and other fees at certain in-state public higher-education or training programs, may not participate in the Fostering Hope program.
