Section 28-3A-10 Warehouse License.
The board must issue a warehouse license to an applicant who complies with the chapter and its regulations. Others may not receive, store, or warehouse alcoholic beverages for transshipment without first getting a warehouse license, except manufacturers and wholesaler licensees.
