Section 2-6B-1 Short Title; Legislative Intent.
This chapter is called the Alabama Family Farm Preservation Act. The Legislature states that lawfully operated family farms and farm operations should not be treated as public or private nuisances if they follow generally accepted agricultural and farm management practices.
