Section 7-2-302 Unconscionable Contract or Clause.

If a court finds a contract or clause unconscionable when made, it may refuse to enforce it, enforce the rest without the clause, or limit the clause to avoid an unfair result. The parties must also get a reasonable chance to present evidence about the contract's commercial setting, purpose, and effect.
