Section 10A-21-3.04 Execution on Judgment; Stay Thereof.
After a corporation is convicted, judgment is entered for the fine and prosecution costs, execution issues against its property, and further executions may follow until the judgment is paid; if there is an appeal, execution may be stayed as in civil cases.
