Section 12-18-14 Compliance with Qualification Standards.
The Board of Control of the Employees’ Retirement System of Alabama may implement new accounting procedures, funds, or administrative changes, and may arrange benefit payments, if needed to keep the Judicial Retirement Fund compliant with the federal qualification standards for public pension plans.
