Section 10A-9A-5.06 Distribution in Kind.
A partner cannot demand a distribution from a limited partnership in anything other than money, except as provided in Section 10A-9A-8.09(c). The partnership may make an in-kind distribution if each partner gets a proportionate share of the asset.
