Section 29-9-6 Temporary Transfers into Education Trust Fund.
The Director of Finance may temporarily move available money from the Budget Stabilization Fund to the Education Trust Fund during the first six months of a fiscal year if needed to ease cash-flow problems, and any moved funds must be repaid by September 30 of that fiscal year.
