Section 32-12A-10 Purchaser’s Certificate Required for Initial Registration.
A person registering an all-terrain vehicle or recreational off-highway vehicle for the first time in this state must provide a purchaser’s certificate with the vehicle description, serial or other identifying numbers, and the seller’s name and address.
