Section 45-53-60.01 Expense Allowance; Salary.
The Coroner of Perry County is entitled to a $12,000 annual expense allowance starting June 1, 2024, then a $12,000 annual salary beginning the next term after that date; the section is repealed at the end of the term of the coroner serving on June 1, 2024.
