Section 45-29-80.20 Judicial Administration Fund.

(a) The Judicial Administration Fund is established in the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit, which is comprised of Fayette, Lamar, and Pickens Counties. The fund shall be maintained in an interest-bearing account under the supervision of the presiding circuit court judge. (b) The Judicial Administration Fund in this circuit shall consist of any fees, donations, grants, leases, rentals, bequests, or funds from any other source, either public or private, relating to the purposes provided in subsection (c). (c) Any funds in the Judicial Administration Fund of this circuit shall be expended for increasing the efficiency of judicial administration in each of the counties in this circuit to include, but not be limited to, equipment and equipment repairs, supplies, employment of personnel, training, educational enhancement of judicial personnel, or any other lawful use related to judicial operations. (d) Any funds expended from this Judicial Administration Fund shall be authorized by the presiding circuit court judge of the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit.
