Section 37-17-11 Exemptions from Chapter.
This chapter does not apply to certain authorities with pre-May 1, 2021 small wireless facility agreements or ordinances, if they update them to match applicable federal law within 90 days after a final non-appealable federal order, rule, or regulation.
