Section 45-52-201.01 Additional Powers and Authority.
A deputy license inspector may have the same power and authority as deputy sheriffs and other law enforcement officers if the inspector meets minimum law-enforcement standards and has a current certification from the Alabama Peace Officers’ Standards and Training Commission.
