Section 41-16A-9 Construction.
This chapter controls if it conflicts with other law for alternative financing contracts, but it is also supplemental to other laws. Governmental entities may use other laws when that does not conflict with this chapter, and this chapter does not exempt them from Section 41-4-115 if applicable.
