Section 8-7A-11 Relationship Between Licensee and Authorized Delegate.
An authorized delegate must comply with this chapter, the licensee must maintain policies and procedures to ensure delegate compliance, and an authorized delegate may not use a subdelegate to conduct money transmission for a licensee.
