Section 11-44C-74 Emergency Notes.
If there are no revenues available for emergency appropriations, the council may authorize issuing notes. Those notes must be called “emergency note” and can be renewed. All notes and renewals must be paid by the end of the fiscal year after the budget year in which the emergency appropriation was made.
