Section 30-5B-6 Immunity.
Specified state and local officials are immune from civil and criminal liability for actions tied to registering, enforcing, detaining, or arresting under a foreign protection order, when acting without negligence, wantonness, or willful misconduct and in an effort to comply with the chapter.
