Section 13A-6-194 Elder Abuse and Neglect - Third Degree.
A person commits elder abuse and neglect in the third degree by recklessly abusing or neglecting an elderly person causing physical injury, or by recklessly emotionally abusing an elderly person. It is a Class A misdemeanor.
