Section 35-12-92 Penalties and Enforcement.
A holder who misses required reporting, payment, delivery, or other duties can owe daily civil penalties; higher penalties apply for willful or intentional fraudulent conduct. The Treasurer may waive some penalties for good cause, and the Attorney General may sue to enforce the article.
