Section 45-49A-81.06 Applications for Pensions and Relief.
The city council must decide pension and relief applications and keep a separate complete record of its meetings and proceedings; most decisions are final, but willful, fraudulent, or discriminatory interpretations can be reviewed by the Circuit Court of Mobile County, with appeal rights for either party.
