Section 45-20-71.23 Road Engineer or Supervisor.
If the board is lawfully authorized to hire an engineer or supervisor for county roads, that supervisor is subject to each board member’s jurisdiction for road and bridge maintenance, appointment, designation, and construction within the member’s district, unless another law says otherwise.
