A generation and transmission cooperative must include “cooperative” and “inc.” in its name, unless it files a statement with the corporation commission showing those words would prevent it from doing business in another state. Its name must also be distinguishable from other cooperatives and corporations, and only such a cooperative doing business in the state may use all of the words “electric,” “power,” and “cooperative” in its name.
