ARS § 12-2001
The supreme and superior courts, or any judge of those courts, may grant a writ of certiorari when an inferior tribunal, board, or officer acting in a judicial role has exceeded its jurisdiction and there is no appeal or other plain, speedy, and adequate remedy.
