15-237 - Publications; production revolving fund 15-237 . Publications; production revolving fund A. The department of education may make available to the public at a reasonable cost publications produced by the department. Each separate production of a department publication shall contain a statement as to the number of copies produced, the total production cost and the cost of production per copy. Monies obtained by the sale of publications shall be deposited in the department's production revolving fund for producing further publications. B. There is established a department of education production revolving fund for use for expenses incurred for producing and distributing publications of the department. C. The department of education production revolving fund shall be established as a separate account on the books of the department of education. D. Monies of the department of education production revolving fund shall not revert to the state general fund.
