16-516 - Form of poll lists 16-516 . Form of poll lists A. The following form of poll lists shall be kept by boards and clerks of election: "Poll lists. Of the election held in the precinct of ____________ in the county of ____________ on the ____________ day of ____________ ____________, the officers of the election, were respectively sworn or affirmed, as the law directs, previous to their entering on the duties of their respective offices, and the following is the number and name of electors voting: ______________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________ Register        Name      No. ______________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________ We hereby certify that the number of electors voting at this election was __________________________ __________________________ __________________________ Clerks _________________________ _________________________ _________________________ Board of election." B. The paper used for poll lists is exempt from the paper size restrictions prescribed by section 39-103.
