ARS § 20-2117
The director may impose civil penalties, and in some cases suspend or revoke an insurance institution’s or agent’s license, after notice and a hearing for violating a cease and desist order or, for subsection A, after a hearing finding a knowing violation. Civil penalties must be deposited into the state general fund.
