ARS § 20-552

An insurer may invest in qualifying foreign securities, but foreign holdings in one foreign jurisdiction are capped at 10% of admitted assets for SVO 1 jurisdictions and 3% for other foreign jurisdictions; Canadian investments under section 20-552.01 are excluded from these limits.
