ARS § 20-720
The director must revoke a domestic mutual insurer’s authority to issue policies without contingent liability if the insurer’s assets are too low, or if the insurer asks for revocation. After revocation, the insurer must not issue new such policies or renew/accept further premiums on old ones without endorsement.
