ARS § 20-785
A subscriber of a domestic reciprocal insurer with contingent liability must pay their share of an assessment if notified during the policy term or within one year after the policy ends, or if an order to show cause for appointment of a receiver, conservator, rehabilitator, or liquidator is issued in that period.
